InfinityCX mobile wallet pass issuance and notification service is used primarily by merchants/businesses to establish a digital connection with their customers to enable real-time mobile wallet notifications and convenient self-service hyperlinks for customers. While InfinityCX serves certain hospitality merchants directly with this service, the primary sales channel for this service is sold by Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), Payment Facilitators (Payfacs) and Payment Service Providers (PSPs). Note: The InfinityCX Solution is certified with Elavon's Converge platform (available through Elavon's WorksWith) and certification with TSYS is pending.

The Internal Revenue Service awarded ACI Worldwide an electronic payments contract (still active in 2025) that includes payment acceptance and settlement of credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets (PayPal and Venmo) and Pay with Cash (Vanilla Direct). The IRS collects over 90% of the total federal receipts of the U.S. Government.
Illinois ePAY awarded JetPay/NCR an electronic payments contract (still active in 2025) that includes payment acceptance and settlement of credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets (Apple Pay and Google Pay) and eChecks/ACH through either a client-branded JetPay/NCR hosted interface or by Application Protocol Interface. Illinois ePAY consists of over 400 government entities throughout Illinois including state agencies, universities, cities, villages and counties.
State of California Franchise Tax Board awarded ACI Worldwide a contract (still active in 2025) that includes support for payment acceptance and settlement of credit cards and debit cards using an ACI-hosted interface. FTB is responsible for collecting the State of California’s personal income tax and corporate income and franchise taxes, which represent, collectively, approximately 78% of the State’s General Fund revenues.
