No, Apple Wallet is native on Apple iPhones. Customer scans QR code then selects Add in upper right corner; pass is automatically saved in Apple Wallet.
No need to be invasive or waste time collecting mobile phone number or email address. Notifications are sent directly to the wallet pass.
Notifications appear on Customers lock/home screen. Last notification is also displayed in Pass Details (back of the pass).
Yes, we encourage hyperlinks in notifications with calls to action. Notification length is 125 characters. We recommend using short links, ie Bit.ly to conserve characters.

Is there a hosted webpage to support a merchant’s customers submitting bill payments?
Yes, the Merchant will re-direct customers seeking to submit a payment, from its webpage to the Merchant’s-branded User Interface that is hosted by InfinityCX in the Microsoft Azure Cloud.
Is account validation supported prior to accepting a payment?
Yes, customer can be required to search for their bill based upon Merchant-defined data, ie account number or service address, and then add the bill into the shopping cart to pay. Partial and Exact match are supported in the search look up.
Are blind payments, aka non-validated payments, supported?
Yes, customers can be permitted to submit payments without validating an account or bill.
Can customers be required to enter specific data when submitting a payment?
Yes, the Merchant can require customers to enter additional information about the payment–multiple payment identifiers are supported.
Is integration with billing systems supported?
Yes, the Merchant uploads a file to its SFTP account in the InfinityCX Azure cloud which is used to validate a customer payment. Likewise, a daily export file is created for all customer payments submitted and it contains all payment identifiers requested by the Merchant, ie name, account number, etc.
Can multiple bills be paid in a single payment?
Yes, multiple bills can be added into the cart and paid in a single transaction.
Are multiple departments and multiple payment types for each department supported?
Yes, during on-boarding, the Merchant will specify which departments/categories of bills will be accepted and what type of bills will be accepted for each department/category.
Are all card, digital wallet and ACH payment methods accepted?
Yes, the Merchant can accept all of the leading credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal) and eCheck/ACH for customer payments.
Are customers required to establish an online account prior to submitting a payment?
No, customers are not required to establish an online account prior to submitting a payment–all payments are guest payments. Given the significant customer adoption of digital wallets for storing payment methods, there is no need to require or permit customers to establish an online account to store their payment methods with the Merchant.
Is reporting and settlement handled by the Processor?
Yes, all reporting and settlement is handled by the Processor.
Are Service Fees and Convenience fees supported?
Yes, Merchants can pass a Service Fee or Convenience Fee to the customer.
Are sensitive information and Personally Identifiable Information secure?
Yes, all sensitive or PII is encrypted at all times.
